After placing your order you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online in real-time. We can only deliver products to physical addresses and not to a postal address as we require a signature upon delivery.

Once the order has been confirmed and your delivery address has been provided we can unfortunately not alter the delivery address that you have indicated.
We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if your delivery address is remote or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.

Please note that heavy parcels may take longer to deliver.
